How to say “enough” in Thai language

Have you ever known?  what to say when you are feeling like to finish something or you want to stop something. Here is Thai word I’ d like to tell you is ” Phaaw ” mean enough. You can use this word to speak to Thai people many of different action such as:

If you finish eating and do not want it any more . You can say Phaaw laew

Phaaw or Phaaw laew also mean Mai ao which mean NO

Additionally, Phaaw means Father but pronounced different

How to say Him in Thai language

Khao means  Him or Her  in Thai.

Phuak khao mean them.

Not only This word ” Khao “  mean pronoun but also there are  various meaning in Thai. And it is pronounced differently such as:

Khao means entry

example : To get inside the house  is Khao Baan. And you can say to someone Khao ma ?  mean Come in ?

Khao means knee

example : knee down or kneel is kook khao.

Also word ” khao ” means Horn and it is pronounced the same as Khao which mean Him or Her.

Thai words – part 5

Today, learning  G  Thai alphabets

Gai and Glai are similar pronounced but Gai is short sound and Glai is long sound

Gai means Chicken

Example : IF you want to say “Several chickens”, is Mee Gai lai tua or Mee gai yoe maak

If question : Mee gai tao rai ? or Mee Gai maak mai ? or Mee gai yoe mai ?  All  same meaning are  How many are there eggs ? and you can use those sentence from example to be  answer in Thai

Glai means far away, about direction

Example : There is far away , is Tee Nan Yuu Glai . and if it s very far away, is Tee Nan Yuu Glai Maak

If question : Tee nan yuu glai Mai?

In addition, answer in negative if there are no chicken, is Mai Mee Gai . and There is not far , Tee nan mai glai
